This is a handmade head sculpture.  I wanted to make another after ‘Charlotte’. This glaze work is particularly distinctive, with soft creams, terracotta, blush pinks and glossy black accents blending together in a beautifully unpredictable way.
Speckled areas and visible texturing give it an earthy, tactile quality, while the glossy eyes and nose add plenty of character.
It has a whimsical feel and the right cheek has cracked slightly, hence the power price but still a great art piece for home or garden.
